2022-05-31 19:04 UTC codar visited site due to bio comms. found gfi outlet tripped. tried resetting it several times with different things plugged in and was able to narrow issue down to APC UPS tripping GFI, even when powered off and nothing else plugged in to it.. I installed a Home Depot surge strip (spinner type) and plugged the Web Power Switch in to one of its four sockets and the air conditioner in to another one of them, temporarily bypassing the APC UPS for testing.
